50 years of flower power - a freeform crochet and knit artwork

This blog has been documenting the creation of a unique piece of wall art for an upcoming Sydney textile show. Freeform crochet or knit contributions were sought worldwide, for a collaborative artwork to be exhibited at Fibrefest, June 17-21, 2015, in conjunction with the Craft & Quilt Fair at Glebe Island, Sydney, Australia. Great news!!

The artwork will finally have its USA debut in a gallery in VA next month.

I hope that many of the contributors will be able to get there to see it, and feel free to spread the news to anyone you think might be interested.
